Based in the heart of Lichfield City, a short walk away from the cathedral, living at 12 is a unique concept studio. Founded in 2015 we set out to offer our clients the highest quality kitchens, interiors and homeware available all under one roof.

We endeavor to offer something different to our customers and have quickly become the go-to place in the city for this reason. We source products from all over the world that combine great quality with great price. If you can’t find exactly what you’re after we are always happy to help…
